Charlotte Community Health Clinic (CCHC)

CCHC has provided health care to low-income, uninsured and underinsured adults and children in the greater Mecklenburg area since 2001. Their mission is to provide the highest quality, patient-centered healthcare services for low-income and other underserved individuals. CCHC is a comprehensive health center providing vital services including acute and chronic disease treatment and management, preventative health services, behavioral health, women’s health, pediatrics, diagnostics, health education, and dental services.
